Private Venue Management Fee €500 for the management and communication with the venue
If the elopement ceremony takes place in a private venue, the wedding planner may charge an additional fee for the management and communication with the private venue. This fee is intended to cover the costs associated with communicating and coordinating with the private venue on behalf of the couple. Our dedicated team will handle all necessary arrangements, including venue selection, contract negotiations, and addressing any specific requirements.
If there is no private venue management involved in the organization of the event, the fee won't be charged.
Please note, that this fee is different from the fee for the rental of the private venue.

TBD - between €200 and €300 depending on the number of vendors, location, and travel distance. Please note that in the case of a particularly secluded destination, the travel costs may be higher.
The Travel Costs is a ballpark figure to cover the expenses vendors will have to afford to get to your elopement to get to the location of your elopement and to get around the itinerary of the day. This fee usually covers parking, gasoline, or tolls.
As we work with local vendors, the travel fees are never too high. We usually don't fly vendors from abroad so there aren’t costs like accommodation, flights, etc. This fee covers the expenses of all the vendors involved on your elopement day.

Please note that we might charge an additional fee for last-minute bookings. The fee amount will depend on the season, popularity of the destination, and availability of vendors.
