We craft intimate and soulful elopement experiences for adventurous and stylish couples who choose to celebrate their Love in a unique way.

We’re a small, passionate team of women who believe in doing things differently when it comes to love and weddings. Somewhere Crazy was born out of a desire to create meaningful, intentional celebrations in beautiful places—just for the couple, no performance, no pressure.

We plan elopements that are deeply personal and feel true to who you are. Our focus is on intimacy, creativity, and connection—not only between you and your partner, but also with the place you choose to say your vows. We work with an incredible network of talented professionals—photographers, stylists, celebrants, and more—who care just as much as we do about crafting something special.

The Crazy Team

We’re a female-led team of wedding planners, passionate about making your wildest dreams come true.

  • CEO & FOUNDER

    While born and raised in Italy, Valentina is a big adventurer who’s spent her last 12 years living in Russia, Brazil, Senegal, India, and Paris. She currently lives in Barcelona with her extended family of creative friends. As a true Italian, passion has always been the main driver in her life and Somewhere Crazy is the culmination of her dreams: traveling and telling love stories!

    In her words: “I feel grateful for being able to do what makes my heart beat hardest. As a destination wedding planner, traveling and exploring the most amazing corners of the world and connecting with gorgeous couples is a huge part of my work and I love it! Elopements and intimate ceremonies hold a very special place in my heart. I always felt extremely privileged to witness a couple choosing to live an incredibly intimate and deep experience. That's how Somewhere Crazy was created: to escape the ordinary and enjoy the extraordinary!”

  • ELOPEMENT PLANNER

    Cyntia has been working in the wedding industry since 2018 and is crazy about elopements and other romantic events! Her background lies in psychology and event planning, both of which complement each other perfectly at Somewhere Crazy where she mainly takes care of couples wanting to marry in Greece, Spain, and Portugal.

    Cyntia is a great listener and observer, has great attention to detail, and is fantastic at logistics. She brings a grounded and calm presence not only to your wedding day but also throughout the wedding planning process!

    “I love traveling and immersing myself in all the different cultures. I’ve lived in Brazil, the UK, the USA, India, and now in Spain. I have been to traditional Greek, Indian, and Western weddings which are all special in their own ways. Somewhere Crazy brings together all my passions, and I can't wait to share them with you while organizing your dream elopement in an amazing destination!”

    Born in the South of France, Lu has a passion for travel, sports, and music. Her studies in tourism, combined with her travel background, have enabled her to explore the world and create unforgettable experiences for others.

    From hiking the breathtaking trails of Tasmania to celebrating life at Rio Carnival, running the Barcelona half-marathon, and road-tripping across Europe, Lu has collected countless cherished memories along the way.

    "A romantic at heart, Somewhere Crazy was the perfect way to bring together my love of travel and my passion for creating meaningful moments. It's a joy to connect with wonderful couples, designing the elopement of their dreams and ensuring that every detail is taken into account to make their special day as beautiful and magical as their love story.”

    Lara has always been fascinated by love and the beauty of life celebrations. Throughout her life, she’s had a knack for organizing events, has great attention to detail, and always makes sure that everything is well executed.

    Organizing elopement weddings in Italy and Morocco, Lara brings a blend of simplicity, elegance, and versatility and ensures that your wedding day is everything you've ever dreamed of and more.

    “One couple and their love story at a time, I realized that designing elopements brought me immense joy and fulfillment, and I knew I had found my true calling. My secret ingredient? A deep belief in the power of love and the art of storytelling (and a good glass of red wine)! At Somewhere Crazy, no dream is too big and no detail is too small.”

    Growing up in a mountain far away from the city and even neighbors, Stephany has always had a special connection with nature. Appreciating the advantages of a non-traditional life, she’s been traveling and studying non-stop, enriching her life with adventure and culture. Stephany is a psychologist and yogi, which makes her super patient, caring, and calm. At Somewhere Crazy, Stephany organizes elopements and those crazy out-of-the-box experiences with a focus on creating a mindful atmosphere.

    “Elopements give you a different perspective of how things can be. Our uniqueness and weirdness can make us fun and beautiful and that’s what Somewhere Crazy is about. Organizing wedding elopements has been a beautiful experience, where I get to help people and work with them to make their wild wishes a reality. As a positive and supportive planner, I’ll be there every step of the way to make sure everything runs smoothly and to create a beautiful and fun elopement for you and your partner.“

    Born in a small city in Argentina, Florencia has always been curious about life and searched for opportunities to work and study abroad.

    Through travel, she gained invaluable life experience and became a more open-minded, culturally aware citizen of the world who understands there are many different ways to live.

    With a background in events and communications, she has a passion of bringing people together.

    “I believe that life is about moments and the people you choose to share them with. Planning my wedding abroad was one of the most fulfilling experiences and I can’t wait to help couples to plan their own dream celebration.“

  • EVENT PLANNER ASSISTANT

    Born in Romania and a true romantic at heart, Roberta's journey to Somewhere Crazy has been a natural blend of her skills and passions. With a background in PR and Communications, she initially honed her organizational skills in the travel industry, planning dream honeymoons for couples. Her path then led her into the world of beauty, where she's been a dedicated bridal makeup artist for over 6 years.

    "Now, as part of Somewhere Crazy, I get to combine all these experiences. While I’m not working directly with our couples, I’m the "fairy" behind the scenes, supporting our talented wedding planners, and marketing team ensuring that all details are handled. Being part of the Somewhere Crazy team has been a truly rewarding experience. I’m constantly inspired by the incredible women in our team I get to work with."
